Shree Jagannath Hospital & Research Centre ( SJHRC ) was started as a multi speciality hospital in the year 2010 as a centre for excellence in the field of Orthopedics and Ophthalmology . It is a well equipped Hospital in every Department with many facilities viz. A good well developed Laboratory , one of the few best Operation Theatres of Jharkhand state , Anaesthesia wing , Non invasive Cardiology with ECG facilities and Eye Department( with autorefractometer , OCT , Lasers , Fundus Angiography ). preventive Medicine , 24x7 Emergency Services , Hemodialysis , Critical Care treatment , Digital Radiography with Ultrasound and Echocardiography .

The long cherished dream of the people of Jharkhand to have a centre of excellence in Paramedical Sciences in Ranchi has become a reality with the establishment of "SHREE JAGANNATH INSTITUTE OF PARAMEDICAL SCIENCES " approved by the Jharkhand State Paramedical Council ( vide letter no. - Para0medi0/vividh 06/2016-173(JSPC) dtd. 26/07/2016). This Institute Is situated in the premises of Shree Jagannath Hospital and Research Centre , which is an additional advantage for the Institute.
